DMCA Policy

Copyright takedown requests, handled properly.

Our stance

ToolLove respects intellectual property rights. We don't host user content — our tools process your own files on your device or temporarily on our server — but if you believe any content on this site infringes your copyright, we'll act promptly on a valid notice.

Filing a takedown notice

Send your notice via the contact page (choose "Something else" as the topic) and include:

  1. Your full name and contact information.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  3. The exact URL on ToolLove where the infringing material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with the same details plus your consent to jurisdiction. We review counter-notices on a case-by-case basis.

Repeat infringers

We don't have user accounts or hosted content, so repeat-infringer policies largely don't apply — but we reserve the right to block access for anyone abusing the service.
