Marks percentage = (marks obtained ÷ total maximum marks) × 100. When subjects have different maximums, add up all obtained marks and divide by the sum of all maximums — that's what the marks table does.
Percentage change = (new − old) ÷ old × 100. A positive result is an increase, negative is a decrease. Discount = price − (price × discount% ÷ 100).
Use the Marks % tab: enter each subject's obtained marks and its maximum. The calculator sums everything and shows your overall percentage — the same method used on Indian mark sheets.
